In 2025, real wafer level DC+Switching test solution in mass production for SIC/IGBT,no.1 in this industry!

In 2024, 4 sites BMS test solution developed in STT-700(26 slots).IPM test solution also released to market in this year.

In 2023, STT-700X released to market, it can support analog/mixed-signal and discrete device test.

In 2022, 1000 systems installed worldwide.

In 2021,new generation VI module with real time on-board VI accuracy self-check function released to market, this feature can avoid the test escape during mass production.

In 2018, new generaion discrete test module DDC2K200 released to market. One DDC2K200 can test one single Mosfet/IGBT within 2000V/200A,high voltage and high current integrated into one module,no.1 in the industry.

In 2016，develop the 4 sites high pin-count PMIC for Active-semi（now Qorvo/Skyworks），around 50 systems installed worldwide.

In 2014, discrete wafer level CSP tester installed in Diodes group
