- Oil Content: < 0.10 ppm by weight and filtered to ≤0.5um oil contaminants
- Input Air Dewpoint:≤ 10℃ @ 0.62Mpa(90PSI ); Clean gas with pressure dew point less than - 20 ℃ is recommended.
- Air supply line should be at least 1/2" ID.
